Brad Ehikian, co-president of Premier Properties. Premier Property Management has been a leading commercial property manager and developer in the Peninsula since 1982. Premier is located in Downtown Palo Alto and the firm currently manages more than 50 properties in Palo Alto (including 35 properties in Downtown) and a number of properties in Menlo Park and Redwood City. At Premier, Brad and his team manages the entire life cycle of real estate assets including entitlements, development, leasing, financial reporting, construction and property management. The Premier team understands how to create and maintain long-term real estate value.

Georgie Gleim, Gleim The Jeweler

Georgie Gleim is President of Gleim the Jeweler, a retail jewelry store founded on University Ave by her grandfather in 1931.  Still with a business office downtown, the main retail operation is now at the Stanford Shopping Center, where they have had a branch since 1956.  Georgie has been involved in Palo Alto Downtown since its inception, bringing in experience from its predecessor organizations.  She is a Past Chair of the Chamber of Commerce, and remains involved with the Rotary Club and Peninsula Executives Association.  She has also held leadership positions in national trade associations.  And she loves working with beautiful jewelry and gemstones!

Patty McGuigan, Cornish & Carey Commercial

Patty McGuigan works in the Palo Alto office of Cornish and Carey.   Patty has worked in the commercial market place helping companies find the perfect spot as well as matching buyers and sellers in the investment world.   She still gets up every morning loving what she does.

Barbara Gross, Garden Court Hotel

Barbara has been the General Manager of the Garden Court Hotel for over 10 years. The Garden Court Hotel is a 62 room Forbes Global Rated Four Star luxury hotel located in the downtown. It is privately owned & operated. The hotel has a generous philanthropy program which focuses on assisting non-profit organizations within our community. Service within the community is a core value.
